Thanksgiving always brings me back to gratitude. Not the quick kind we say in passing, but the deep, grounding feeling that reminds me why I do what I do. This year, I’m especially thankful for the path GK Eats continues to carve — a path shaped by hard work, community, and the organic opportunities that keep showing up just when I need them most.

Every event, every private dinner, every pop up, and every client conversation has been a reminder that when you lead with heart and hospitality, the right doors open. These opportunities fuel me to aim higher, to refine my craft, and to show up with excellence in everything I create. They push me to bring even more meaning to the table, whether it’s a simple dip platter or a fully immersive Mediterranean food experience.
